Amy Wilheim
Amy Page Wilhelm holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Company memberships have included Nancy Meehan Dance Company, Thodos Dance Chicago, Lucky Plush Productions, and Starr Foster Dance Project. In Richmond, she has freelanced with Amy Kaeberle at VCU and Pam England of Ground Zero Dance Company. Amy has created costumes for Hubbard Street 2, Thodos Dance Chicago, Columbia College, Shirley Mordine and Company, West End Academy of Dance, and Amy Kaeberle. Her choreography was commissioned and acquired by Z Mullins Dance Company, Riverside/Brookfield High School, Thodos Dance Chicago, Impetus Dance Theater, and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago as well as presenting her own work at the Dance Chicago festival, Jennifer Muller/The Works' Hatch program (New York), and at Shuffles Performing Arts Center. She is currently on faculty at The College of William and Mary, Pilates, Dance and More, St. Christopher's School, and Jessica Morgan School of Dance. Amy has been on the faculty of Shuffles Performing Arts Center, the Scilla School of Dance and Imagine Early Learning Centers in New York, Dance Motions in Bartlett, IL, and Gus Giordano Dance Center. She was also a guest artist and choreographer for Riverside/Brookfield High School in IL, and taught professional company class for Thodos Dance Chicago. Amy is an American Ballet Theatre Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 5 of the ABT National Training Curriculum.
